Our refund policy for digital products and services. Customer satisfaction is our priority.

VED Automations is committed to customer satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products — No Refund Policy

Due to the instant digital delivery nature of our products, all sales of digital goods (PDFs, Excel files, guides, templates, tools) are final and non-refundable once the files have been delivered to your email.

This policy exists because digital products cannot be "returned" once downloaded or accessed.

2. When We Will Issue a Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment: You were charged twice for the same order
  • Non-delivery: Files were not delivered within 24 hours of payment and we are unable to resend them
  • Wrong product delivered: You received files different from what you purchased
  • Technical failure: A verified technical error on our platform caused the purchase to fail but payment was deducted
3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase:

Include your Order ID, Payment ID, and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 2 business days.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

5. Services & Consulting

For service-based engagements (AI automation, consulting, done-for-you services), refund terms are specified in the individual service agreement signed before commencement of work.
